Taierea capului Sfantului Ioan Botezatorul
Sfantul Ioan Botezatorul si Inaintemergatorul Domnului, numit de
traditie „Ingerul Pustiei”, avea sa impartasesca soarta majoritatii
proorocilor lui Israel, al caror ilustru sir il incheie (vezi Matei 11,
13): marturisind adevarul pana la capat si incumetandu-se sa-l certe cu
asprime pe regele Irod Antipa pentru ca traia in desfranare cu Irodiada
(care-i era cumnata), in cele din urma i se taie capul (Irodiada a
uneltit, Salomeea a cerut si Irod a dispus, impartind toti trei un pacat
mai mare decat toate cele savarsite pana atunci). Vechiul Israel,
intruchipat de cei trei calai orbiti de patimi, isi traia astfel trufasa
agonie, tavalindu-se inca o data in sange sfant, dar Noul Israel al
credintei, propovaduit de Ioan, rasarea cu Hristos, spre lumina si
mantuirea neamurilor: „La ai Mei am venit, si ai Mei nu M-au primit;
chema-voi neamurile, si acelea Ma vor preamari”.

Arhanghelul Gabriel/Archangel Gabriel
Numele „Gabriel” (Gavril sau Gavriil) semnifică în limba ebraică Dumnezeu este puterea mea (latină: Sanctus Gabriel; italiană: San Gabriello; arabă: Jibrail).
Numele său este menționat de patru ori în Biblie, niciodată însă ca „arhanghel”: de două ori în Daniel (8.16 și 9.21) și de două ori în Luca (1.19 și 1.26). După evanghelistul Luca, Gabriel ar fi anunțat atât nașterea lui Ioan Botezătorul, cât și a lui Isus.
De fiecare dată apare ca un mesager care aduce vești importante. Mai întâi, el l-a anunțat pe Daniel despre întoarcerea evreilor din captivitatea babiloneană, după care i-a revelat (printr-o viziune spirituală) viitorul națiunilor. Tot el i-a spus lui Zaharia (la o vârstă înaintată) că soția sa (Elisabeta) îi va naște un copil (Ioan Botezătorul), și în cele din urmă i-a spus Mariei că ea este cea aleasă dintre femei.

We are all here to learn and we have to lear from one another, Saint Therese of Lisieux was names Little Flower and was born in France in 1873 and become a Carmelite nun along with two of her sisters.She made many miracles and on her death bed she promised to send flowers as a simbol of her presence, and many people feel flowers scent when praying to this wonderful saint.

Goddess Kuan Yin
Kuan Yin is the Eastern Goddess who is said that hears all our prayers and is the essence of purity, nurturing love and gentle power. Kuan Yin is a bodhisattva, meaning that is is eligible for Buddhahood.

Arhanghelul Mihail/Archangel Michael
Arhanghelul Mihail
Numele lui Mihail semnifica în ebraica: “Cel care este asemenea lui Dumnezeu”. Este arhanghelul pe care noi îl invocam sa ne ajute în lupta cu pulsiunile noastre negative si sa descoperim lumina din noi însine. Din punct de vedere istoric el este privit ca protectorul luiIsrael si al bisericii catolice. Este considerat îngerul protector al politistilor, soldatilor si al copiilor mici, precum si al pelerinilor si calatorilor. El este razboinicul ceresc, comandantul ostilor îngeresti, care lupta pentru dreptate si ordine, ghidându-i pe toti cei care se afla în dificultate. Mihail este considerat si aducatorul de noroc si rabdare.
Este asociat cu elementul foc, care simbolizeaza arderea a tot ceea ce este trecator, pentru a face loc luminii pure si esentiale. Uneori, se vorbeste despre el ca fiind binevoitorul Înger al Mortii, care ne conduce catre eliberare si nemurire. El este si Îngerul Justitiei, cel care “cântareste sufletele”.
În religiile ebraice, crestine si islamice, Mihail este recunoscut ca fiind cel mai mare dintre îngeri. Adormirea Maicii Domnului
Astazi 15 august dupa cum stim se serbeaza Adormirea Maicii Domunului, o sarbatoare deosebit de importanta pentru noi crestinii. Astazi Maria, Maica Domnului este incoronata in cer de catre ingeri si laudata ca o adevarata regina a lumii. De astazi ea devine mama noastra a tuturora, maica ce ne ofera grabnic ajutor ce ne invata si ne indeamna sa avem rabdare si speranta, caci pentru Dumnezeu nimic nu este cu neputinta. Sa o ladam si noi pe Mama Nostra si mereu sa o chemam in rugaciunile noastre.

Venus, planeta iubirii şi a frumuseţii, intră începând cu 16

Ametistul/Amathyst
O altă variantă a originii etimologice a numelui de ametist provine din legenda în care Bachus zeul vinului a turnat vin pe o nimfă care era transformată cristal, cristalul devenind violet. Ametistului i se mai atribuie rolul de apărare contra demonilor, contra furtului, această credință explică faptul că mormântul merovingienilor conținea șiraguri de ametist.
Ametistele fiind relativ răspândite; în natură, ele au fost folosite, din cele mai îndepărtate timpuri, drept podoabe și în scopuri rituale. Cel mai vechi ametist gravat din câte au fost descoperite în urma săpăturilor arheologice, a fost găsit în mormintele regale clin Micene, în urma săpăturilor efectuate de Heirich Schliemann, la sfârșitul secolului al XIX-lea.
Frumoasa gemă violetă, datând din mileniul al II-lea î.Hr., este gravată în intalie, adică în adâncime. Sculptura reprezintă o căprioară ce-și privește, cu capul întors, puiul care suge. Pe teritoriul Greciei și în Asia Mică s-au descoperit cupe de ametist, datând din mileniul I î.Hr.

Concluzia
celor doua carti este aceea ca ingerii sunt alaturi de noi in toate
momentele viatii noastre, trebuie sa fim optimisti chiar daca zidurile
se darama in fata nostra, toate au un scop, si toate sunt incercari prin
care Dumnezeu de incerca credinta.Trebuie sa alegem cu inima mereu si
daca nu suntem siguri sa cerem semne de Sus-ingerii si Dumnezeu sunt mai
mult decat incantati sa ne ajute.
